If the order is cancelled within 12 hours, a full refund will be provided. However, for cancellations after 12 hours, a restocking fee of up to 50% may apply, depending on the materials used and the progress made on the piece. Please note that custom or personalized pieces cannot be cancelled after 24 hours. Even after 12 hours, there is a possibility of incurring the restocking fee.

If you desire a longer necklace, our selection offers two extension choices. They come in one and two-inch lengths, providing you with the opportunity to adjust your necklace's size to your liking. These extensions can be bought separately and effortlessly attached to your necklace.

Our jewelry is crafted using 14k and 18k recycled gold, ensuring sustainability and ethical practices. Our diamonds are sourced from India, known for their exceptional quality. These near colorless (G) diamonds boast a VS1 clarity, guaranteeing a stunning and timeless piece.

All gemstones used are authentic, unless otherwise specified. Please note that each stone is unique and may vary slightly in color, size, and may contain natural imperfections. Our gemstones are ethically sourced from various locations around the world including Columbia, Australia, India, etc.

To maintain the quality of our solid gold jewelry, it is recommended to clean it periodically, approximately every 2-3 weeks. This will prevent tarnishing and corrosion. Avoid exposing the jewelry to bleach as it can cause discoloration and potential damage to the gold. Also, be cautious of chemical reactions that may occur with lotions, oil, perfume, etc.

Extra caution should be taken when handling emeralds and opals in order to prevent damage.
